Understanding token costs: LLM costs include real-time adaptive follow-ups (10-20/meeting) + post-meeting processing: summary generation, recap, task/todo creation, and action items. Actual token usage: ~8,000-10,000 input tokens (transcript + context) + ~2,500-5,000 output tokens (follow-ups + summaries) per 60-min meeting. Token amounts increase with meeting duration to reflect more content to process and summarize.

- Transcription: Selected provider’s rate × meeting duration (includes speaker diarization for accurate attribution)
- LLM tokens: ~200 tokens/minute of meeting transcript PLUS +1,000 tokens for post-meeting processing. Includes: real-time adaptive follow-ups (10-20/meeting) + summary generation + recap + task/todo creation + action items. For a 60-min meeting: ~13,000 total tokens (8,667 input + 4,333 output). Different LLM models charge different prices for input vs output tokens.
- Database: Complex queries for employee history, performance data, competency frameworks, previous reviews, spreadsheets, audio retrieval, etc. ($0.005/query typical cost × query frequency)
